PRACTICE AREAS

Ms. Püschel has focused her practice in the areas of environmental law, human rights and indigenous law. In this regard, she has advised national and international clients on environmental compliance, community relations, Human Rights Impact Assessment (HRIA), among other related matters. In addition, Ms. Püschel has relevant experience in the areas of public and regulatory law, antitrust, as well as corporate, energy and mining matters.
