Ms. Villa has developed her professional practice in the areas of Corporate and Commercial Law, participating in mergers and acquisitions, due diligence processes, and, more generally, in negotiations related to real estate and mining matters for both domestic and international clients. At Bertrand-Galindo Barrueto Barroilhet, she has worked on projects connected to the mining sector, contributing to due diligence processes involving mining concessions, easements, and the assessment of legal risks associated with project development, including community-related aspects.

Her legal education in Chile and Canada enables her to approach complex matters with a comparative perspective, particularly in areas such as foreign investment, international trade, and international compliance.
