Arturo Faulbaum

Practice areas

Mr. Faulbaum has centered his practice in the areas of Corporate and Commercial Law, Energy and Natural Resources, ESG, Mining Law, Labor Law and Contracts. In his practice he has advised local and foreign clients in the acquisition and development of projects in Chile, and in the drafting of due diligence reports, share purchase agreements, corporate reorganizations, among others.

He has also advised local and foreign clients in the resolution of conflicts, participating in litigation before ordinary and arbitration courts.
