Ms. Püschel has focused her professional practice in ESG, particularly in the areas of Environmental Law, Sustainability and Communities, as well as Human Rights and Indigenous Law. In this regard, she has advised national and international clients on environmental compliance, community relations, Human Rights Impact Assessment, among other related matters.
In addition, Ms. Püschel has extensive experience in the areas of Public and Regulatory Law, Antitrust, as well as in corporate, energy and mining matters.
