Her practice focuses on engineering and construction, corporate and commercial law, public concessions and labor law.
Ms. Díez has worked as a prosecutor in important national and international companies, both in the public and private sectors, in commercial, corporate, concessions, engineering and construction and labor law matters.
She represented the private engineering sector before the Ministry of Public Works as a member of the Concessions Commission during the drafting and implementation of the Concessions Law and its Regulations. She has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating all types of contracts with the Ministry of Public Works and is an expert in public concessions.

Mr. Faulbaum focuses his professional practice on Mining, Natural Resources, Environmental and Regulatory, Corporate and Commercial Law, M&A, Projects and Infrastructure.
At Bertrand-Galindo Barrueto Barroilhet, he has advised a wide range of local and foreign clients from various economic sectors, mainly mining, in the development of their projects in Chile.
