Ms. Giménez concentrates her practice in Corporate and Commercial Law, Contracts, Tax and Customs Law, Foreign Investment and Intellectual Property.

In this regard, she has advised national and international clients in corporate and tax restructuring, and foreign investment matters, among other related matters. In addition, Ms. Giménez has extensive experience in corporate, customs and tax matters.
