Mr. Picasso focuses his professional practice on Corporate and Commercial Law, as well as the development of energy-related projects and Infrastructure.

At Bertrand-Galindo Barrueto Barroilhet, he has advised a wide range of local and foreign clients from various economic sectors, mainly in energy and mining, in the development of their projects in Chile. He has been involved in the assessment and preparation of Due Diligence reports related to complex acquisition transactions.
