Mr. Vélez focuses his professional practice in the areas of Energy, Natural Resources, Project Development, as well as Corporate and Labor Law.

At Bertrand-Galindo Barrueto Barroilhet, he has advised a wide range of local and foreign clients in the development of their projects in Chile, mainly in the renewable energy industry. He has participated in the evaluation, negotiation and preparation of contracts for the development of electrical, wind and green hydrogen projects.
